Registration, payment methods and cancellation policy

**To register, fill the registration form link under the class that you would like to attend. Payment methods are the following only:

  • make a cheque payable to Victoria Italian Assistance Centre and mail it to 195 Bay St, Victoria, BC V9A 3K4 (Cheque or cash accepted)

**6 students are needed to start a class for a maximum of 16.

**Cancellation up to 5 days before the course start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

**Cancellation during the 1st week will incur a 50% cancellation fee. After that date, we regret that refunds cannot be given. No pro-rated fees.  A full refund, only if the course is canceled.
